Absolutely. Custom orders are one of my favourite things to make. You can choose the character, colors, size, and even add name embroidery or a personalized gift tag. Use the custom order form to send me your idea — I'll reply with a quote and timeline within 2 business days.

For ready-made items, I ship within 1–3 business days. For made-to-order pieces, production typically takes 7 to 21 days depending on complexity and my current queue. I'll always confirm the timeline before you commit to an order. If you have a specific deadline (birthday, baby shower, Christmas), let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate it.

Yes — during the approval step (step 3 of our process), we can adjust everything before production starts. Once production begins, changes may not be possible, but I'll always communicate openly if something comes up.

Yes. I ship within Poland and to most EU countries. International shipping outside the EU is available on request — just mention your country in the custom order form or contact message and I'll check availability and costs.

I use safety eyes rated for toys and hypoallergenic polyester stuffing. However, items with small attached parts (eyes, buttons, decorative elements) are not suitable for children under 3 years old. If you're ordering for a very young child, let me know — I can often adapt the design to remove small parts entirely.

Yes, for made-to-order pieces. Tell me your preferred palette in the custom order form or in your order notes. I work with a wide range of cotton and acrylic yarn colors and will do my best to match your vision. For ready-made items already in the shop, colors are as shown in the photos.

Yes. Many of my pieces are already gift-ready — packaged in tissue paper with a ribbon and a small tag. For custom orders, you can request a more detailed gift presentation, including a handwritten card (just ask in your order notes).

Often yes — especially if it's a character, animal, or style I already work with. Send me a reference photo through the custom order form and I'll let you know if it's doable, how closely I can match it, and what the price would be. I credit original pattern designers when I work from an existing pattern.

Toys and decor: Hand wash in cold or lukewarm water (max 30°C) with a gentle detergent. Reshape while damp and air dry flat — do not tumble dry.

Bags: Spot clean or hand wash gently. Avoid soaking if the bag has internal structure.

Avoid machine washing, wringing, or ironing. Most items hold their shape beautifully with gentle care.
